ABOUT ME
My own health and wellness journey has been a passion of mine for years and anyone who knows me knows I love to cook, workout, and socialize. Unfortunately, with my previous career, I was burnt out, exhausted and no matter what I ate or how much I moved, I was constantly suffering from constipation, bloated after every meal, and developed debilitating anxiety and depression. In 2020, I took my health to another level and became a Health Coach. Health for me goes beyond what I eat; it's how I move, with whom I socialize, and how I manage stress to balance my life. Today, I hope to share my knowledge with you to help you feel your best!
Quickly getting to know me, I love to cook! I am also gluten, dairy, egg free and I eat an anti-inflammatory diet. Meaning I cook 99% of the food I eat...breakfasts, lunches, sweets, you name it. The majority of the recipes you will see from me will follow the above guidelines. I will provide swaps for those who aren’t, don't worry! Looking for a specific recipe?
